With the arrival of a new year, it’s common to see a shift in the way people and brands are operating. It’s a time of freshening up, setting new goals and elevating our service. We’ve been quietly working behind the scenes for the last few months to not only offer a fresh look, but to really dig deep and build a foundation that will take us into the next stage of our journey.
All of our hard work has cultivated into the start of the high season and we are so excited to unveil everything we have done to offer our guests and community an experience like no other.
Our Restaurant
New Menu
We’ve worked with our experienced and talented team to curate a Spanish inspired menu that is unique and appealing. We are still offering the classic dishes you know and love, now with locally inspired favorites and unique flavors. Check it out here.
Outdoor Setting
There’s nothing better than enjoying a meal in the fresh air, but we know that the Summer sun can bare down pretty harshly. We’ve added pergolas and outdoor seating areas so you can enjoy our beautiful garden in a comfortable, shaded setting.
Ice Cream Cart
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! We hear you and we’re super excited to bring our ice cream cart onsite to the restaurant, offering gourmet gelato all summer long. Available from 11am every day.
Bread Station
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so of course we wanted to step up our morning menu. We’ve added a bread cart to our restaurant every morning so you can stock up on your favorite toasts, croissants or sweet treats. Available until 10am every morning!
Our Hotel
New Greenery
It turns out that you can never really have too many plants, especially in such a beautiful part of the Costa Rican jungle. Take a walk around our hotel and you will see that we have added even more greenery to every corner. Let us know what you can spot and keep an eye out for all the little critters that call these plants home.
Mini Bar Revamp
In room dining just got better with our new and improved mini bar menu. From our homemade juices to premium chocolates and nuts, we are now offering even more items that you are bound to love.
Coffee Partnership
Whilst you’re checking out the mini bar, take a look at our very own ground coffee, made in partnership with Two Oceans Coffee. This blend is crafted from the finest Caturra coffee variety, grown on the slopes of the Poás volcano and carefully processed by the Guardia family at Hacienda Sonora. If you want to see it in action, head on down to our restaurant and our onsite barista will be happy to give you a demonstration.
Salon Malinche
Our locally loved Salon Malinche has undergone some serious transformation and is ready to be shown off once again. We’ve poured our heart and soul into this renovation and feel like it is a true reflection of our hotel and the comfortable environment we aim to deliver.
